高模量沥青混合料力学性能试验研究

摘    要:为了研究高模量剂掺量对沥青混合料力学性能的影响,通过劈裂强度、静态回弹模量和动态模量等试验,分析了高模量剂在不同掺量、不同温度条件下对沥青混合料劈裂强度、抗压强度、静态回弹模量、动态模量和相位角等指标的影响。结果表明:高模量剂的加入能明显提高劈裂强度,但其掺量不宜超过0.6%;随着高模量剂掺量的增大,抗压强度和静态回弹模量逐渐增大,当掺量由0%增至0.7%时,抗压强度和静态回弹模量分别提高30.8%和49.4%;高模量剂掺量对动态模量的影响小于静态回弹模量;高模量剂的加入对相位角的影响很小,表明高模量剂对沥青混合料的黏弹特性影响较小。

Study on Mechanics Property Test of High Modulus Asphalt Mixture

Abstract:In order to study the impact of high modulus additive content on the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture, through the splitting strength test, static resilience modulus test and dynamic modulus test, this paper analyzes the impact of high modulus additive on the indexes of asphalt mixture under different conditions such as dosage, temperature, such as splitting strength, compressive strength, static modulus of resilience, dynamic modulus and phase angle. The test results show that addition of the high modulus additive can improve the splitting strength, but the high modulus additive content should not exceed 0.6%; with the increase of the high modulus additive content, compressive strength and static modulus of resilience increases gradually; when the content is increased from 0% to 0.7%, the compressive strength and the static elastic modulus are increased by 30.8% and 49.4% respectively; the high modulus additive content has lower impact on the dynamic modulus than the static modulus of resilience; the high modulus additive has lower impact on the phase angle, which shows that the high modulus additive has lower impact on the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixture.
