浆固碎砾石加筋回填技术在路桥过渡段的应用研究

摘    要:为减小台背回填工后沉降并有效防治"桥头跳车"病害,结合浆固碎砾石填筑与格栅(格室)加筋回填等关键技术,提出了台背浆固碎砾石加筋回填技术,并阐述了工艺原理、施工工艺流程以及质量控制。工程实例分析表明:该技术能有效降低桥台与填土间的刚度差异,缓解或消减"桥头跳车"病害,且工艺成熟、施工简便快捷,经济和社会效益明显,具有良好工程应用前景。

Abstract:In order to reduce the post-construction settlement of abutment backfill and control the disease of vehicle bump, by means of key technology in combination with grouting gravel and geogrid(geocell)reinforced backfill, the technology of grouting gravel reinforced backfill for abutment was proposed, and the process principle, construction procedure and quality control thereof described. Through analysis of project case, it shows that this technology is capable of reducing the difference between the stiffness of abutment and filled earth so that it can reduce the disease of vehicle bump; it is of mature process and simple construction with significant economic and social benefits, thus has bright prospect in engineering application.
