| Abstract: | The computer interlocking system will radiate a great deal of heat during operation, so it is necessary to conduct thermal analysis and thermal control, in order to ensure the thermal reliability of parts and equipment. Icepak is a popular, professional and engineer-oriented thermal analysis software. Using Icepak can greatly reduce the amount of computation, shorten developing cycle, and decrease costs. The paper introduces the design simulation progress of a computer interlocking system by using Icepak, and concludes an effective design scheme through the analysis and comparison of the calculation results. |
