| 摘 要： | 2021年2月7日,《秦皇岛市船舶大气污染防治暂行办法》正式发布实施。该《办法》按照河北海事局主要参与制定的国内首部地方性船舶大气污染防治立法——《河北省人民代表大会常务委员会关于加强船舶大气污染防治的若干规定》进行修订,是河北海事局致力于改善河北沿海城市空气质量,打赢蓝天保卫战的具体实践,为有针对性地加强船舶大气污染防治起到积极作用。
