摘    要:文章介绍了一种高性能全数字化车载逆变电源,阐述了该电源的整体结构、性能优势,其基于TMS320LF2407芯片的DSP软件设计,说明了IGBT的驱动要求以及使用HCPL-316J实现IGBT过流欠压保护的原理。

Abstract:This article presents a high-performance all-digital locomotive power inverter,expounds the overall structure of power,performance advantages and its TMS320LF2407 chip DSP-based software design,describes the IGBT drive requirements,as well as the realization of the use of HCPL-316J IGBT over-current principle under-voltage protection.
