摘    要:装配式混凝土桥墩能大大减少施工工期,提高施工质量。在桥墩预制过程中经常需要将其分成若干节块,目前不同节块间钢筋常用灌浆套筒连接在一起。从接头连接机理角度对灌浆套筒进行分类,并用实验的方法分析了全灌浆钢筋套筒在受拉时应力变化,针对实验结果提出了灌浆套筒施工质量控制措施,并以南宁市绕城高速某高架桥为例验证了该质量控制措施的高效性。

Abstract:The assembled concrete pier can greatly reduce the construction period and improve the construction quality.In the process of pier prefabrication,it is often necessary to divide the pier into several sections.At present,grouting sleeves are commonly used to connect the reinforcing bars between different sections.In this paper,grouting sleeves are classified from the point of connection mechanism of joints,and the stress changes of grouting steel sleeves under tension are analyzed by experimental method.According to the experimental results,the quality control measures for grouting sleeves construction are put forward,and it's efficitang are verified by taking an elevated bridge of Nanning City Circumferential Expressway as an example.
