摘    要:我国沥青路面设计采用20℃抗压回弹模量和15℃劈裂模量作为设计标准,不能够反应温度变化对沥青混合料性能的影响。新颁布的沥青路面设计规范虽然采用了动态回弹模量,但仍然是采用20℃模量值。本研究通过采用不同型号沥青(70#、90#、SBS改性70#、SBS改性90#)及不同集料级配(AC-13、AC-16、AC-20)组成12种不同型号沥青混合料,采用马歇尔试件与静压法测试在不同温度(±60℃)下的沥青混合料抗压回弹模量,建立沥青混合料回弹模量与温度的回归关系。通过与其它方法得到的沥青混合料回弹模量预测结果对比分析,评价不同预测方法的技术特点。结果表明,沥青混合料回弹模量与温度有较好的回归关系,研究结果可以为沥青路面与材料设计提供一定的技术参数。

Abstract:20℃compressive resilient modulus and 15℃split modulus of asphalt mixture are applied in asphalt pavement design as design standards,however,they can not reflect the exact influence of temperature on the properties of asphalt mixture.Alrough dynamic resilient modulus is applied in new specification,but it still use the modulus at 20℃.In this project,through application of different asphalt(70#,90#,SBS modified 70#,SBS modified 90#)and different mixture(AC-13,16,20),the 12 kinds of asphalt mixture are prepared,the resilient modulus of them are tested by using Marshall specimen and static pressure method at different temperature(±60℃).The regression relationship between resilient modulus and temperature is established.Compared with other predicting methods of HMA resilient modulus,the technical characteristics of different predicting methods are evaluated.Fundings show that there is a better regression relationship between HMA resilient modulus and temperature,the research results can provide the certain technical parameters for asphalt pavement and material design.
