摘    要:钢-UHPC组合结构作为一种新型结构,其交界面通过栓钉紧密结合,以保证二者协同受力。在实际应用中,若钢-UHPC界面发生脱粘损伤,将不可避免地影响结构使用性能。基于波传播法的PZT测试技术是一种简单有效的现场无损测试方法,可用于钢-UHPC界面脱粘等微小缺陷的检测。设计了钢-UHPC组合梁模型,运用波传播法对实验梁的负弯矩加载历程进行了监测,通过分析接收信号幅值等特征参数,对加载历程中的局部界面脱粘损伤进行了识别,结果表明,波传播法能够较好地识别出钢-UHPC界面脱粘损伤。

Abstract:The steel-UHPC composite structure is a new type of structure,and the debonding damage occurring at the interface in practical applications will affect the performance of the structure.The PZT test technology based on wave propagation method is a simple and effective test method,which can be used for the detection of small defects such as steel-UHPC interface debonding.In this paper,the steel-UHPC composite beam model is designed and the negative bending moment loading history of the experimental beam is monitored by wave propagation method.The results show that the wave propagation method can better identify the steel-UHPC interface debonding damage.
