乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术在长沙机场高速的应用

通过乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术在沪昆高速潭邵段与长沙绕城高速西南段的成功应用,长沙机场高速小修工程决定在部分路段进行厂拌冷再生下面层试验路。将路面废旧回收料(RAP)进行分档破碎,优选出高性能乳化沥青,采用新的室内拌合工艺、配合比设计方法以及双级配控制理论进行厂拌冷再生沥青混合料性能研究。其力学性能与路用性能证明,该厂拌冷再生沥青混合料完全满足高速路面下面层的要求。结合室内研究结果,采用新型的厂拌冷再生拌合设备(一种多层双步拌合楼)进行厂拌冷再生沥青混合料的生产,并进行有效地质量监控,保证了冷再生沥青混合料质量的稳定,使厂拌冷再生沥青混合料很好地应用于机场高速路面小修工程下面层。

The Application of Emulsified Asphalt Plant Mixing Cold Recycling Technology in Changsha Airport Expressway

The cold regeneration technology of the emulsified asphalt was decisively applied to the lower layer of the test road in the Changsha airport expressway minor repair project via its successful application in the Tanshao section of the Shanghai-Kunming expressway and the southwest section of the Changsha ring expressway in Hunan province.Breaking the road waste recycling material(RAP),selecting the emulsified asphalt with high property and adopting new indoor mixing process,mixing ratio design method and dual-stage control theory to conduct the performance research of teh plant mixed cold recycled asphalt mixture.Due to its mechanical properties and road performance,the plant mixes cold recycled asphalt mixture met the requirements of the underlying layer of the high-speed pavement underlying layer.Combined with the results of the laboratory research,using the a new type of mixed cold reclaimed mixing equipment(a multi-layer double-step mixing building)and making effective quality monitoring,which can ensured the stability of the quality of the cold reclaimed asphalt mixtures,the plant mixed cold reclaimed asphalt mixture was well applied to the lower layer of the airport high-speed pavement minor repair project.
