半刚性基层开裂特性研究

摘    要:为了抑制半刚性基层沥青路面的开裂,提高半刚性基层沥青路面的服务质量,并延长其使用寿命,首先对半刚性基层载荷型裂缝和非载荷型裂缝的开裂机理进行深入分析,然后结合已有的裂缝抑制技术,包括混合料组成设计、道路施工控制、振动搅拌技术和柔性基层技术,研究了半刚性基层压实质量与基层开裂的关系,并提出了一种通过提高压实质量来提升半刚性基层抗裂能力的方法。通过分析压实质量对半刚性基层收缩性能和力学指标的影响,并结合试验数据,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to suppress the cracking of asphalt pavement with a semi-rigid base and to improve the service quality of asphalt pavement and prolong its service life,the mechanism of the loaded cracks and non-loaded cracks on semi-rigid base was thoroughly analyzed.Then combined with the existing crack suppression technologies,including mix composition design,road construction control,vibratory mixing technology and flexible base technology,the relationship between the compaction quality and the cracking of the semi-rigid base was studied.A method was proposed to enhance the crack resistance of semi-rigid base by improving the compaction quality.The effectiveness of this method was verified by analyzing the impact of compaction quality on the shrinkage performance and mechanical indicators of semi-rigid base.
