旋钮式预制拼装桥墩试验分析

摘    要:为研究一种开发的旋钮式预制拼装桥墩的抗震性能,设计了预制拼装桥墩试件和整体浇桥墩试件,并对其进行拟静力试验。从两种试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度、旋钮连接件的工作状态、损伤发展过程和最终破坏形态等方面详细分析了试件的抗震性能。结果表明:两种试件耗能相差不大,旋钮连接件在循环荷载作用下会发生交替张开闭合以及相对滑动,减轻底部混凝土损伤程度,且连接件本身未发生破坏,比较容易复位,可满足预期抗震性能的要求。

Abstract:In order to study the seismic performance of the knob-type prefabricated bridge pier,a prefabricated bridge pier specimen and a cast-in-place pier specimen were designed,and the quasi-static test was carried out.The seismic performance of the specimens was analyzed in detail from the aspects of hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness,working state of the knob connector,the damage development process and final failure mode.The results show that the energy consumption of the two specimens is similar,the knob connectors will open and close alternately and slip relatively under cyclic loading,which can reduce the damage degree of the bottom concrete.And the connector has not been damaged and is easy to reset,which can meet the expected seismic performance requirements.
