聚酯纤维-橡胶颗粒微表处混合料路用性能与降噪特性

摘    要:为了研究橡胶颗粒和聚酯纤维复合添加剂对微表处混合料路用性能与降噪特性的改善效果,通过拌合试验、粘聚力试验、负荷轮车辙试验综合优化聚酯纤维和橡胶颗粒的掺量,进而采用低温SCB试验、剪切疲劳试验研究纤维橡胶微表处混合料的低温性能与耐久性,并选取轮胎振动衰减与室内轨道下滑试验来研究和评价纤维橡胶颗粒微表处混合料的减振与降噪特性,结合实体工程应用情况,验证了聚酯纤维与橡胶颗粒复合添加剂对微表处混合料的抗滑、降噪性能的改善效果。试验结果表明,掺加橡胶颗粒能够延长微表处混合料拌和时间,但橡胶颗粒会对微表处混合料抗磨耗性能、低温抗裂性和抗车辙性能有负面影响,当掺加0.2%聚酯纤维后,微表处混合料各项路用性能与抗疲劳性能明显得到改善,最终推荐复合添加剂的最佳聚酯纤维掺量为0.2%、橡胶颗粒掺量为2%~3.0%;聚酯纤维-橡胶颗粒微表处混合料比普通微表处混合料有更好的路用性能和减振、降低路面的噪声性能,具有较好的性价比。实体工程现场行车噪音实测结果表明,在60、80、100 km/h行车速度下纤维-橡胶颗粒微表处路面的行车噪音比普通微表处混合料减小了5.1、4.7、3.6 dB。

Abstract:In order to study the improvement effect of rubber particles and polyester fiber on the road performance and noise reduction characteristics of micro-mixtures,polyester fiber and rubber particles were optimized by routine mixing test,cohesion test and load wheel rutting test.The low-temperature SCB test and shear fatigue test are used to study the low-temperature performance and durability of the fiber rubber micro-surfacing mixture,and the tire vibration attenuation and indoor orbital sliding test are selected to study and evaluate the mixing of fiber rubber particle micro-surface.The vibration damping and noise reduction characteristics of the material,combined with the physical engineering application,verified the improvement effect of the polyester fiber and rubber particle composite additive on the anti-sliding and noise-reducing performance of the micro-surface mixture.The test results show that the addition of rubber particles can prolong the mixing time of the mixture at the micro-surfacing,but the rubber particles will have a negative impact on the anti-wear properties,low-temperature crack resistance and rutting resistance of the micro-surfacing mixture,when mixed with 0.2% poly After the ester fiber,the road performance and fatigue resistance of the mixture at the micro-surfacing are obviously improved.Finally,the optimum polyester fiber content of the composite additive is 0.2%,and the rubber particle content is 2% to 3.0%;The mixture of ester fiber-rubber particle micro-prep has better road performance and vibration damping,lowering the noise performance of the road surface than the common micro-table mixture,and has better cost performance.The actual road traffic noise measurement results show that the driving noise of the fiber-rubber particle micro-surface at 60,80,100 km/h is reduced by 5.1,4.7,3.6 dB compared with the common micro-table mixture.
