软土地基条件下的公路工程施工技术研究

摘    要:针对我国公路建设过程中软土地基结构易发生不均匀沉降和失稳问题,以江苏某软土地基公路工程实践为对象,对CFG桩软基处理技术和土工织物联合冲击碾压两类公路软土地基处理施工技术进行研究,并选择典型施工段进行沉降测试对比。研究结果表明:采用CFG桩软基处理公路软土地基时,施工初期短时间间隔内,软土层出现较大沉降量,后期沉降量开始趋于稳定,工后沉降小于25 cm,最大不均匀沉降为4.0 cm,整个施工期间路面并未发生开裂现象,满足施工规范要求。土工织物联合冲碾压法处理软基的沉降量相对CFG桩软基处理法获得的相对偏差要小,土工织物的存在,减小了横断面不均匀沉降值。

Abstract:In view of the problem of uneven settlement and instability of the soft-land-based structure in the process of highway construction in China,this paper is based on the practice of a soft-land-based highway project in Jiangsu,The technology of soft foundation treatment of the CFG pile and the construction technology of the soft soil foundation of the two kinds of highway are studied,and the typical construction section is selected for settlement test comparison.The results show that when the soft soil foundation is treated with the soft foundation of the CFG pile,the soft soil layer has a large settlement in the short time during the initial construction period.The post-settlement volume starts to be stable,the sedimentation is less than 25 cm,and the maximum non-uniform settlement is 4.0 cm.In 2005,no cracking phenomenon occurred on the pavement,which met the requirements of the construction code.The relative deviation of settlement of soft foundation treated by combined geotextile combined punching and grinding method is smaller than that of CFG pile.Because of the existence of geotextile,the uneven settlement of cross section is reduced.
