波形梁护栏加高改造设计研究

摘    要:高速公路罩面导致路面结构层变厚,路侧护栏的防护高度降低。通过Hypermesh和LS-DYNA联合仿真试验方法建立了防护高度与护栏安全性能的关系模型,并提出了合适的加高改造方案。运用相似性原理,设计了改造立柱的缩尺模型试验,并通过碰撞仿真试验分析了护栏变形状况和车辆运动状态。结果表明,波形梁护栏高度降低100 mm以上,小客车和货车会发生侧翻;加高改造立柱的能量吸收率和缓冲能力优于标准立柱;改造后护栏满足A级波形梁护栏标准。

Abstract:The protection height of W-beam guardrail is reduced due to non-structural overlay.Through the co-simulation method of Hypermesh and LS-DYNA,the paper establishes a relationship model between protection hight and safety performance of the guardrail,and proposes a suitable heighting design.Based on the prinpicle of similarity,the scale model test of modified post was designed,and the deformation of the guardrail and the motion of the vehicle was analyzed through the collision simulation test.The results show that the protection height is reduced by more than 100mm,and the vehicle will roll over.The energy absorption rate and buffer capacity of the modified post are superior to those of the standard post,and the modified guardrail meets the A-class W-beam guardrail standard.
