| Abstract: | The overall development of human being is not only the highest valued object of the development of human society,but also the requirement of the essence of socialism.Socialism should be based on the development of human being.Adhering to the scientific concept of development,developing popular education and optimizing and beautifying the living environment aim at the development of human being,when developing and perfecting socialism. |
