渣油罐拱顶失稳分析

摘    要:利用外压失稳理论分析了某厂5 000 m3渣油罐拱顶失稳原因,为罐内负压超过稳定许用临界荷载,致使罐顶失稳变形,指出应加强油罐呼吸阀及阻火器的管理,建议应及时检修油罐及附件,合理安排使用油罐,确保油罐安全。

Abstract:The cause for the vault instability of a residual oil tank((5 000) m~3)was analysed with the outer pressure destabilizing theory.The result indicates that the negative pressure in the tank exceeds the limit of the critical load and distorts the vault.To ensure the safety of the tank,the management of the breather valve and flame arrester is strengthened by examining and repairing the tank and accessories in time so as to use it reasonably.
