小模数齿轮传动空回计算及消除方法的应用

摘    要:齿轮机构是现代机械中应用最为广泛的一种传动机构,可以用来传递空间任意两轴间的运动和动力,并且具有传动平稳、传动精度高、传动效率高、工作可靠、寿命长和工作安全可靠等特点。该文主要通过理论计算并经过应用平面卷弹簧与加过轮等其他方法联合消除小模数齿轮传链中输出轴上的空回误差角,效果较好,达到传动精度要求。

Abstract:Gearing is the most widely used transmission means in modern machine to transmit movement and momentum between any two shafts in the space.It has the features of smooth transmission,high precision transmission,high efficient transmission,reliable work,long life and highly safe and reliable.The paper presents a way of academic calculation and application of a system composed mainly of plane coiled spring and addition of gear to eliminated the angle error of back lash of output shaft of small-modulus transmission gear.The result shows it has god effect and fulfilled the transmission precision requirement.
