上海城市轨道交通网络化建设中若干问题的探讨

网络化建设对城市轨道交通工程的规划、设计、施工和管理提出了新的要求。从上海市的城市总体规划和轨道交通网络规划的实施出发,结合近期轨道交通建设计划,对完成上海市近期轨道交通建设任务所采取的措施进行了讨论。以网络整体最优为基础,以实现资源共享为手段,以为乘客服务为出发点,才能解决好轨道交通网络化建设中遇到的各种问题。同时从网络角度,对建设过程中所面临的换乘和机电设备的资源共享等问题进行了探讨。

Problems in the Network Construction of Shanghai Urban Rail Transit

Network construction requires higher level of urban rail transit planning,design,implementation and management.This paper discusses the effective measures taken in the recent construction,based on the Master Plan of Shanghai City and the planning of urban rail transit network, holds that the optimum of the whole network shall be the basis,with the resource sharing as the means to serve the passengers,then the problems occuring in the construction of the network can be solved smoothly.
