摘    要:高速铁路轮轨系统技术是确保列车高速行驶安全的关键。轮轨系统技术条件的影响因素 ;最高行车速度、运输组织、机车车辆和线路结构等重大问题应深入研究。本文结合日、德等国高速铁路情况 ,提出设计运营工作中存在的问题 ,可供立题研究。

Abstract:The technology of wheel /rail system for high speed railways is a key to guarantee high speed running safety of trains. The influence factors for technical condition of wheel/rail system are: highest running speed, transportation organization, locomotives and cars, track structure, etc. These main problems should be researched deeply. Combined with the situations of high speed railways in Japan, Germany, etc, the paper proposes the problems existing in the design and operation works, provided as reference to set new tasks for the research.
