摘    要:鉴于目前电务设备防雷工作中顾此失彼,计算机设备包括TDCS、CTC、微机监测等信息设备成为电务综合防雷的新的"短板",因此完善综合防雷,有的放矢地补强"短板",建立全方位、分层次、高灵敏、低残压的计算机防雷系统十分必要。
