Abstract:Introduction Metal oxides are in use as catalysts in industrial processes. The surfaces of titanium dioxide (TiO2)has been of great interest because of its capability of heterogeneous catalysis and photocatalysis, and the adsorption of small molecules on TiO2 has received considerable attention in relation to the elimination of atmospheric pollutants. So that It is important to produce TiO2 thin films in large scale.
