| Abstract: | This paper introduces a converting method from ENC to SENC. Based on research of the theoretical model and data structure of IHO S-57, a convertor is implemented to optimize files used in ECDIS. The workflow of the convertor is discribed, and the optimizing efficiency of the convertor is shown. |
