| 摘 要： | 高校后勤实行社会化改革后,管理模式已由福利型转向物业型。做好高校物业管理工作,要依据现代物业管理企业管理理念并结合高校的特点,开拓物业管理服务市场,适度引入社会力量参与高校的物业管理。
