| 摘 要： | 电子警察作为智能交通系统（ITS）的一个具体应用,在城市道路交通管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色,已成为各级道路交通管理部门科技强警的重要手段。为了充分发挥电子警察系统在我国交通管理和执法中的作用和功能,针对目前电子警察系统本身以及在实际执法应用中存在的问题,需要进一步探讨改进和规范电子警察系统建设和使用的措施。

| Abstract: | Electronic police is an application of ITS,takes more and more important role in urban traffic management,having become one important means of strengthening guard through scientific means for all levels of highway traffic management departments. So as to give full play to electronic police system in Chinese traffic management,the problems of current electronic police system and in practical application are analyzed to perfect and normalize the measures about electronic police system construction and application. |
