| 摘 要： | 在泥水平衡盾构施工过程中，盾构机的盾尾保护是盾构施工中的关键点和生命线，一旦发生大的盾尾泄漏，将会给盾构施工带来灾难性后果：主要结合南京长江隧道的施工经验，对盾构机盾尾保护提出了预控、预警和（应急）预案的3个控制环节，并对3个环节的风险控制技术进行全面分析。

| Abstract: | In mix-shield tunneling, TBM tailskin protection is the key point and lifeline in construction. In case of large tailskin leakage, a disastrous aftermath will be brought to the tunneling. A three-stage strategic of pre-control, pre-alarm and （emergency） prevention plan is put forward for TBM tailskin protection mainly in combination with the working experience in Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel, and the risk control technique in these three stages are fully analyzed in this article. |
