大鼠后肢皮、肌神经及穴位区诱发脊髓背根电位的传入纤维类别分析

摘    要:采用分级刺激、直流电阻滞、Novocain阻滞等方法系统分析了大鼠后肢腓肠(皮)神经、腓肠肌神经及拟承山穴区ⅠⅡⅢ类传入纤维诱发的脊髓背根电位(DRP)。结果表明:上述皮、肌神经及穴位区ⅠⅡⅢ类纤维均可诱发负DRP;皮神经DRP主要系Ⅱ类纤维所诱发;肌神经及穴位区DRP主要系Ⅲ类纤维所诱发。本工作为突触前抑制理论与针刺镇痛原理的研究提供了新资料。

Abstract:This paper has analysed systematically the afferent fiber groups of dorsal root potentials (DRPs) evoked in sural (cutaneous)、gastyocnemius nerves and Chengshan acupaint in hind limbs of 62 adult rats, using the methods of graded stimulation. Novocain and DC polarization block. The results were as follows: (1) Group Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ fibers in cutaneous、muscular nerves and Chengshan acupoint all evoked negative DRPs. (2) Cutaneous nerve DRPs were mainly evoked by group Ⅱ fibers. (3) Muscular nerve and acupoint DRPs were mainly evoked by group Ⅲ fibers. Our work has provided some new information for further investigating presynaptic inhibition and mechanism of acupuncture analgesia.
