| Abstract: | The article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of tailor wilded blanks(TWBs)for auto bodies and the current situation of research on TWB in the world.A series of issues from design to production are discussed,including laser welding,stamping formability,experimental research,weld bead moving control and die structure etc.Finally the development trends of TWB is also forecast. |
