| 摘 要： | 长江三角洲城市群是由大中小城市在一定地域内聚集而成的，在空间结构上表现出明显的轴线、圈层和网络特征。由于各中心城市具有相对独立的利益，长江三角洲城市群的协调发展面临严重的障碍，主要表现为行政分割、产业趋同、缺乏创新的合作模式、资源短缺和环境污染等。针对这些障碍，本提出了促进长江三角洲城市群联动发展的政策性建议。

| Abstract: | The city clusters on the Yangtze River Delta are composed of action of different scales in the same area, and in spatial structure, they are along an axis, in a circle or netwook like. Because the main cities have independent interests, the harmonious development of the City Clusters on the Yangtze River Delta faces many obstacles, such as administration partition, identical industry, old cooperative mode, resource scarcity and environment pollution. In view of these obsticles, we put forward some countermeasures to promote the integrative development of the city clusters. |
