深圳地铁一期工程项目管理实践与思考

摘    要:介绍了深圳市地铁有限公司通过加强规划及设计管理,积极推进科研工作,建立精干、高效的项目管理组织, 实行“公开、公平、公正”的工程招标,强化工程质量与安全管理,做好文明施工,以开通时间为目标的项目进度控制,及全过程的动态投资控制等一系列项目管理措施,使深圳地铁一期工程实现了如期、顺利、安全、高水平、高质量一次性全线通车的目标。

Abstract:Shenzhen Metro project in phase 1 is the largest municipal project in terms of investment since the city was founded in 1980 and also the city's first National Key project. It comprises of the eastern section of Line 1 and the southern section of Line 4. The total route length is 21.866km and the investment is ?1. 53 billions RMB. The project commenced in March 2001,and on Dec. 28th, 2004, Shenzhen Metro' Project in phase 1 was completed and ready for test operation of commercial service. This paper introduces the construction of the project, holds that it has reached the target of opening the whole new system on due schedule and will operate with reliability, safety, high level and high quality. Facts have proved that the project management is very successful.
