| 摘 要： | 工程造价管理是一门综合性的学科，合理地确定造价可使各种资源得到充分而合理的利用，并取得较好的投资效益和社会效益。要有效地控制造价必须更新观念，以提高工程造价效益为目的，在工程建设过程中将组织、技术与经济有机地结合起来，建立具有我国特色的工程造价管理模式。
