摘    要:本文首先论述了驱动桥壳在整车上的功用,阐述了轻量化设计在汽车领域的重要性,并结合某款4×2轻量化牵引车对其桥壳进行受力计算,并按照计算结果进行有限元分析,基于分析结果对桥壳进行轻量化设计。

Abstract:This paper firstly presents the function of drwing axle in the whole motor. And then introduce how important light weightdesign in the motor field. In the end, the paper take the tractor with 4×2for example ,and caloulate its axle housing in pressure. According to the culanlating result,the paper conduct finite elomennt analyse. For the analyse result, the paper writes how to conduct lightweight design.
