| Abstract: | Intelligentized Aided Decision System (IADS) is an important means for marine emergency response in the recent digital age. The functions, characteristics of IADS and conditions of realizing it are expatiated in the paper. The concrete approaches and methods of how to realize intelligent aided decision for salvage and rescue at sea are presented. |
