| 摘 要： | 为了建立广州港现行环境下的风险评估方法,应用贝叶斯准则推理,建立了风险评估的贝叶斯模型和广州港的风险矩阵,对广州港2010—2012船舶航行风险进行了评估和预测,结果显示,广州港的风险率为万分之8--12,广州港的航行风险处于安全的水平。

| Abstract: | In order to establish a risk assessment method of the current environment of Guangzhou port, the application of bayesian rule reasoning,the risk assessment of the bayesian model and risk matrix,Guangzhou port of the risk of Guangzhou port from 2010 to 2012 ships sailing were evaluated and predicted that, according to the results of the risk rate was 8~12 over ten thousand,Guangzhou port of the Guangzhou port of the navigation risk at safe levels. |
