| 摘 要： | 教学与科研既相对独立又密切联系，两者融合，能有效提升教学的质量。对教学与科研两者相互促进作用进行了详细分析，并就如何促进两者之间的有效融合，提出了自己的见解，认为只有建立合适的融合模式及合理的绩效评价与激励体系，才能保证两者有效融合并长期发挥效用。

| Abstract: | Teaching and research are not only independent but also closely linked;inosculating with each other can promote the level of teaching. Author analyzes the reciprocity between teaching and research in this article, and made recommendations to the reciprocity. And the author also considered that it can play effectiveness for a long time only when the suited model and performance evaluation or incentive system are set up. |
