针形独塔斜拉桥钢铰支座非线性接触分析

摘    要:惠平路跨蕴藻浜大桥采用针形独塔混合梁斜拉桥,钢结构主塔与塔底铸钢支座间铰接,该铰接处存在非线性接触效应。采用ANSYS分析软件对考虑接触效应的钢铰支座进行受力性能数值模拟,通过与Midas整体模型分析结果对比,证实该有限元模型的准确性。此外,对成桥阶段和正常使用阶段受力性能的分析,验证了下塔柱以及铸钢支座的安全性;对下塔柱和铸钢支座应力的分析结果表明,忽略接触非线性效应将可能低估塔柱的应力水平,从而影响对结构可靠性的判断。

Abstract:The cable-stayed bridge with needle-shaped single pylon is used over Yunzao Bang River in Huiping Road of Shanghai.The main pylon connects with lower cast steel base through a hinge bearing,and nonlinear contact exists in the steel hinge bearing between the pylon and the base.This paper introduces FEM analysis software to simulate the contact nonlinearity of the steel hinge bearing. Contrasting the results of ANSYS with those of MIDAS,the FEM model was validated for the simulation of the members.Furthermore, the analyses using the FEM model were conducted to prove the safety of the bridge in construction phase and service phase as well.The stress analysis results based on the nonlinear contact analyses show that the stress level of the pylon will probably be underestimated without considering the contact effect,and the reliability of the structure will be judged incorrectly.
