Discussion on Urban Road Engineering Mearsures and Traffic Safety Facilities for Poor Alignment Combination

Poor alignment combinations such as small radius horizontal curves & steep slopes occur in urban road and interchange ramp design, which might result serious traffic accidents under interaction of overspeeding and bad weather conditions,produce negative social impacts. Through urban road planning,design,speed analysis,more attention should be paid by design and management departments,and road engineering and traffic safety facilities measures are proposed to limit and decrease vehicle speed to ensure traffic safety.
