| 摘 要： | 介绍了CAPP在工艺过程设计中起的作用和它的发展，进而对发动机缸盖产品的结构特点和它的工艺设计进行了仔细研究，并针对此提出了一种发动机5气门缸盖CAPP专家系统的解决方案，并详细分析了发动机缸盖的CAPP专家系统的构成、工作原理和它的特点，该软件已经成功应用于某大型轿车发动机生产制造公司。

| Abstract: | Based on the technology of CAPP and the study on the structural features of cylinder head and its process planning,a solution of CAPP expert system for 5-valve cylinder head is brought forward.Its structure,working principle and main features are analyzed.This software has been used in a domestic engine-manufacturing company successfully. |
