硫化工艺仿真技术在橡胶弹性元件研发中的应用

摘    要:针对橡胶弹性元件模具及硫化工艺方案传统设计方法中存在的不足,介绍了一种硫化工艺仿真分析技术及其在硫化三要素、模具注胶系统设计中的应用情况和取得的效果,该方法可有效减少产品试模及修模次数,缩短研发周期,节约研发成本.

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings in the traditional design methods of rubber elastic element molds and vulcanization process schemes, a vulcanization process simulation analysis technology and its application and achieved effects in the three elements of vulcanization and mold injection system design were introduced, which can be effective to reduce the costs of product trial and repair molds, shorten the R&D cycle, and save R&D costs.
