摘    要:基于轨道车辆车体夹芯复合材料应用,通过对泡沫芯材基本力学性能和防火性能研究,开展车体夹芯结构芯材选型。研究表明,采用PMI泡沫/铝蒙皮夹芯结构车体部件组装成整车车体后,相比铝合金车体减重24%~28%;与纤维树脂蒙皮夹芯复合材料相比,铝蒙皮夹芯结构复合材料车体在成本、效率、安全性、成熟度等方面有较大优势。

Abstract:Based on the application of railway vehicle body sandwich composites, through the study of mechanical and fire-retardant property of foam core, the core material selection of vehicle body sandwich structure was carried out. The research showed that the developed PMI foam/aluminum sandwich structure body parts were assembled into a railway vehicle body, and the weight of PMI foam/aluminum sandwich structure body was reduced by 24%-28% compared with the same type aluminum alloy body. Also, the aluminum skin sandwich structure vehicle body had greater advantages in cost, efficiency, safety and maturity compared with the fiber resin skin sandwich composites.
