| 摘 要： | 法人是一独立的民事主体,有其客观的运作规律。高职院校可采用法人治理理论来完善治理,将权力一分为三——决策权、执行权和监督权并由相应机构行使,形成权责明确,相互制约,协调运转的机制。

| Abstract: | A corporation,an independent civil main body,has its own operational rules.In professional colleges,the theory of corporate governance may be adopted to perfect their administration.That is,college power is divided into three parts-policy making power,execution power and supervising power.The power is conducted respectively by different departments,thus forming a mechanism with clear duties,constraining each other and harmonious cooperation. |
