| Abstract: | It is very important to deal with the relationship between design transport capacity and design traffic volume under the condition of market economy. This paper expresses the ideas and proposes the suggestions of the author to deal with the relationship between transport capacity and traffic volume in design based on the reliability of design traffic volume and variable factors of design transport capacity. |
