基于虚拟仪器的发动机台架试验通用测控系统

介绍了基于虚拟仪器的发动机台架试验通用计算机测量控制系统,该系统适用于中小功率发动机在电涡流测功机台架上试验时的测量与控制。系统建立了试验数据库保存发动机、测功机的特征技术参数以及试验记录,不仅解决了不同型号发动机试验时具体参数的差异,满足了系统通用性要求,同时具备对性能试验数据进行管理的功能。此外,还对工况调整的实现、误差处理以及曲线拟合进行了深入研究。

General Measure & Control System for Engine Bench Scale Test Based on Virtual Instrument

This paper intruduce the general measure & control system for engine bench scale test based on virtual instrument(VI).The system is suitable for medium and small horsepower engines of different type.We build a data base to restore the engines and dynamometers character-istic technological messages and the lest record,not only to meet the differences of certain parameters of the test between vary engines and dynamometers,but also to make this system has the management abilitity In addtion,further investigation were done in the realization of operating mode controlled,dealing with the errors,the curve fitting
