基于AMESim的铁道车辆空气弹簧系统建模与仿真

摘    要:空气弹簧对车辆运行的平稳性、稳定性、安全性具有较大影响,为提高车辆动力学分析的准确性,减小误差,改进空气弹簧的建模方法具有很大的必要性。文章提出一种利用AMESim软件的空气弹簧模型建模方法,该种方法方便、准确,模块化程度高,可使分析结果更加接近实际值,对提高车辆动力学分析的准确性具有一定实际意义;并详细介绍了利用AMESim中的组件模拟空气弹簧本体、差压阀和高度控制阀特性的方法。

Abstract:The air spring has a huge influence on the stationarity,stability and safety of vehicle system. In order to improve the accuracy of vehicle dynamics analysis and reduce error, it is necessary to improve the method of the modeling of rail vehicle air spring. This paper presents a method of establishing the air spring model by using the AMESim software. This method is convenient,accuracy and highly modularization. Also,it will make the analytical results more closer to the real value and it has a practical significance on the improvement of vehicle dynamic analysis. The method is expounded in details about using the components of AMESim to simulate the characteristic of air spring suspension, differential pressure valve and height control valve.
