摘    要:文章通过介绍方形超级电容器安全阀的基本结构,找出安全阀失效模式,分析失效原因,在原有结构基础上,主要以安全阀型腔尺寸和盖帽结构为切人点,提出安全阀结构优化方案。在优化方案中,打破了对盖帽结构的传统认识,从尺寸、材料、加工工艺等角度进行优化,防止盖帽卡片在安装过程中的变形,保证安全阀的可靠性。

Abstract:The article presents basic structure for safety valve of quadrate EDLC to find out the safety valve failure mode and failure reasons. Depending on the original structure of safety valve, the structure optimization scheme of safety valve mainly changes the valve size and the cap structure. In the optimization scheme, we have broken the traditional understanding of the cap structure by changing the size, materials, processing technology to prevent the deformation of cap during installation and to ensure the reliability of the safety valve.
