摘    要:文章主要针对武汉轨道交通4号线车辆试制中出现的车体尺寸超差的问题,对尺寸超差原因和车体焊接工艺进行了分析,从车体组焊工装设置、焊接顺序等方面进行了工艺改进和验证.为建立一种使用内藏门的微鼓型断面B型车体制造平台创造条件。

Abstract:This paper mainly analyzes the reason of exceeding dimension and car body welding technology, based on the exceeding dimension of car body during commissioning for Wuhan Rail Transit Line 4 vehicle. It makes progress in technology and verification in aspects of car body welding tools setting and welding sequence. It makes contribution to build a type B car body manufacturing platform with pocket sliding doors and tiny drum type.
