烟火式气体发生器燃烧室喷嘴的设计与研究

摘    要:应用火药燃烧定律和喷嘴的流量速度公式可以计算和设计气体发生器燃烧室喷嘴的孔径和孔数。分别对气体发生器中不同燃烧室喷嘴尺寸进行引燃试验,可以看出,当计算出的燃烧室喷嘴的孔径和孔数为试验所采用时,该气体发生器燃烧室的压力与预先设定的数据基本吻合。此气体发生器产生的压力和时间能满足安全气囊的技术要求。

Abstract:Hole diameter and number of nozzle of combustion chamber of gas generator can be calculated and de-signed with the laws of powder combustion and equations of nozzle flow and rate.Tests on nozzles of different size have been done.It is shown that pressure in the combustion chamber of the gas generator is basically agree with the estimation with the calculated nozzle hole diameters and nozzle number used in the tests.Pressure produced by the gas generator and pressure producing time meet the technical requirements of airbags.
