| 摘 要： | 随着航运业的发展,船舶对钱塘江水的污染也在日益加重,废气、废水、油污、生活垃圾的污染,为一江清水所难以承担。本文从钱江辖区水域船舶防污染现状入手,分析了辖区内船舶污染水域环境的主要原因,进而结合相关的海事管理规定,提出了防治船舶污染钱塘江水域环境的建议,对水网地带的船舶防污染管理有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | and the river can not contain house refuse, and so on. This paper the pollutions such as exhaust gas, waste water, oil, first analyzes the pollution status at Qian-jiang area from ships, and then, it discusses the main reason for the pollutions, furthermore it combines with the relevant provisions of the maritime administration, and a few specific suggestions about environmental management of the waters of the Qiantang River are brought out. |
