| 摘 要： | 对既有铁路货车装用的非嵌入式储风缸故障产生的具体原因从焊修工艺、组装技术作业过程、车辆定期检修作业质量控制等几方面存在的问题及不足进行了全面的分析,并对如何解决既有铁路货车装用的非嵌入式储风缸存在的质量问题提出了具体改进建议,对于指导车辆检修作业质量控制具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the failure of non-embedded air cylinder for the existing railway wagons,this paper fully analyzes the existing problems and insufficiency in the welding repair process,assembly technique process,and quality control of vehicles regularly overhaul,and proposes the recommendations for quality improvement,which has a certain reference value to guide the quality control of vehicle overhaul. |
