机制砂石粉含量对混凝土性能影响

摘    要:通过对贵阳地区机制砂进行大量的配合比试配试验,根据机制砂石粉不同掺量从5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%掺入,在水胶比不变情况下分别试拌,察看混凝土和易性,并制取7 d、28 d、56 d强度试件、抗裂试件、抗渗试件,阐述混凝土工程中机制砂石粉含量对混凝土强度、和易性及耐久性的影响,从而得出该地区机制砂石粉含量的极限值。工程实践表明:通过选用反击破制砂设备,控制好砂中石粉含量,并采取措施保证混凝土的搅拌时间,减少坍落度的损失,这样机制砂中石粉对混凝土质量基本无影响;这提高了当地石材的利用,节省成本,提高效益。

Abstract:After a large number of the mixture-ratio tests on the manufactured-sand in Guiyang area,trial batch was made with different stone-powder contents from 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% mixed in manufactured-sand respectively under the condition of constant water-binder ratio,the concrete workability was observed,and 7 d,28 d,56 d strength specimen,anti-crack specimen and impermeability specimen were made to expound the influence of stone-powder content in manufactured sand in concrete engineering on concrete strength,workability and durability so as to get the limit value of the manufactured sand powder content in that area. Engineering practice shows that through the use of impact crusher sand making equipment,proper control of the stone powder content in manufactured-sand,measures to ensure that the mixing time of concrete and reduction of the slump loss,the stone-powder content in manufactured sand has no influence on the quality of concrete; it improves the utilization of local stone,saves the cost,and improves efficiency.
