| 摘 要： | 通过工作实践,总结国有基层施工企业人力资源管理过程中存在的问题,以及在现有条件下,分二步做好人力资源管理工作,首先是建章立制、做好人力资源管理基础性工作,在此基础上,进一步创新人力资源管理办法,提升人力资源管理水平。

| Abstract: | Through working practices,this thesis summarizes the problems of human resource management existing at the state-owned grass-root construction enterprise,as well as the two steps to conduct good human resources management under the current conditions. Firstly,set up regulations and rules to ensure the fundamental human resource management work,and hereby,innovate the human resources management methods and improve the levels of human resource management. |
